Return and Refund Policy

at ''DUKEDIRECT.CO.UK'' We guarantee to refund any item if you are not completely satisfied provided you return it with 14 days of receipt.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. 

The items returned must be in their original condition with all labels and packaging, and all goods will be inspected on return.

In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, all PPE including Face Masks are non returnable.

If we have made a mistake or the goods are damaged, we will offer a full refund.

Faulty goods can be returned to us for a replacement or a full refund. Please email [email protected] before returning the goods.

This is so our warehouse and account section know that they expecting a return.

This will also make the return transaction much faster. If you require any further information, please contact us on 07718 191989. All returns will be processed within 5 working days.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. 

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
